How is the price decided?
You choose services and share your requirements in the order form. We review them, discuss the scope with you on WhatsApp, and confirm a final price and deadline before any work begins.
How do I pay?
Payment details (for example JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer) are shared with you on WhatsApp after the price is agreed. Larger projects can be paid in agreed installments, and every verified payment appears in Track My Project with a receipt number.
Can I select services from more than one division?
Yes. Your cart keeps every selection while you move between services. You fill the order form once when you are done.
What if I am not sure what I need?
Tick “I Need Guidance” in any branch, or choose “I prefer to discuss first” in the order form. A consultant will help you decide.
How do I follow my project?
After confirmation you receive a tracking code. Open Track My Project on our website to see the current stage, the deadline countdown and your payments.
How do I send my files?
List your files in the form so we know what to expect, then attach them in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you submit.
Is my work kept confidential?
Yes. Your data, drafts and personal details are used only for your project and are never shared or published.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Changes requested by your supervisor within the agreed scope are handled until the work is approved.
